Before you dive into paradise, take a quick swim through our Terms & Conditions 🏝️—we promise it’s less painful than stepping on a sea urchin and way more useful.
Diving Cancellation Policy
Certified Divers:
If you plan to cancel a dive, please inform the office or a staff member by 6 pm the evening before the dive. A cancellation fee of $15 will be charged to divers failing to adhere to the schedule.
Students:
You are expected to take the Free Fun Dives (FFD) directly after the Open Water Course. FFD's for other courses must be taken as scheduled unless otherwise agreed upon. FFD's are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be taken in 1 boat trip.
Lost/Broken Equipment Policy
Responsibilities
Certified divers and students are financially responsible for any equipment which is lost or broken due to negligence.
Fees:
Captain Morgan's makes every effort to supply you with quality scuba equipment. Students are responsible for ensuring dive gear issued to them is returned in the original working condition. LOST or DAMAGED equipment is charged at the following respective rates:

Whale Shark Policy
Snorkeling with Whale Shark Policy
Whale Sharks (Rhincodon Typus) are a protected species and as such, special guidelines must be adhered to while swimming with these amazing creatures. Please follow the staff's instructions at all times, including the following:
- DO NOT enter the water without the Captain's clearance
- DO NOT jump into the water. Ease in slowly
- DO NOT use a FLASH CAMERA
- DO NOT approach the Whale Shark's fin as they dive
- DO NOT TOUCH OR RIDE THE WHALE SHARK
- DO NOT approach closer than 4m/12ft

For all those who dive with Whale Sharks and Dolphins, we please ask you to tip the Captain for his time and effort to ensure you have a safe time interacting with these amazing creatures.
